Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups of Flour

  • ½ cup of Soft Butter

  • 1 tsp of Baking Powder

  • ¼ tsp of Salt

  • 3/4 cup of Cranberries

  • Juice of 1 Orange

  • 1 cup of Sugar

  • 2 Eggs

Directions

  1. – Preheat oven to 350 degrees, line a muffin tin with liners.
  2. – Mix together the flour, baking powder and salt.
  3. – In a separate bowl cream together the butter, sugar and eggs, add the orange juice and cranberries. Combine well.
  4. – Add in the flour mixture.
  5. – Bake them for 20 to 22 minutes.
