Directions
- Preheat Oven – Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a small baking dish.
- Dry Ingredients -In a mixing bowl, combine sweet rice flour, sugar, and salt.
- Wet Ingredients – Gradually add milk, cranberry juice, melted butter, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth and well combined.
- Cranberries – Stir in the chopped cranberries.
- Pour – Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
- Bake & Cool – Bake for about 1 hour or until the top is set and slightly golden. Let cool completely before cutting into small squares or rectangles.

Notes
- Dry Cranberries – If using dried cranberries, soak them in warm water or cranberry juice for 10 minutes to soften.
