Cranberry Orange Bread


– 1 cup soft butter
– 1 cup of sugar
– 3 large eggs
– 1 cup of flour
– 2tbsp orange zest from 2 oranges
– 3/4 cup of Cranberries


– Preheat your oven to 350C and grease a loaf tin.
– Mix mix all of the ingredients together.
– Pour batter into the tin and bake for 45-55 minutes springy to the touch.
