Here’s a bark recipe that includes cranberry seeds in them. It also includes dried cranberries and I usually use the unsweetened ones and then add a bit of maple syrup to compensate. Better nutrition that way. 👩🏻🍳

1 cup dark chocolate melted

2 TBSP cranberry seeds

¼ cup dried cranberries

¼ cup chopped almonds

½ tsp sea salt

1 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
Directions
- Parchment – Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Melt Chocolate – Melt the dark chocolate using a microwave (on low for time) in a microwave safe mixing bowl.
- Seeds & Pour – Stir in cranberry seeds, then pour the melted chocolate onto the parchment paper, spreading it evenly.
- Sprinkle – Sprinkle dried cranberries, chopped almonds, and sea salt over the top. Drizzle with honey or maple syrup if desired for extra sweetness.
- Chill – Chill in the fridge for 30 minutes, then break into pieces.
