How to make Cranberry Butter at Home
6 oz (1/2 a pack) Fresh Cranberries
2 TBSP sugar (or sweetener)
1 cup butter
Simple method: Combine cranberries and sugar in a saucepan and heat on a medium-high setting until the mixture is soft and mushy. Cool completely. Using beaters, beat the cranberry mixture and butter until mixed together. That’s it.
Just like regular butter, your new cranberry butter can be served chilled or at room temperature.
Try this butter on fresh bagels, scones, tea biscuits, homemade breads, baguettes and English muffins. It’s really good.
