How to make Cranberry Jam at Home
1 12oz bag of fresh cranberries
1 cup sugar
1 large apple peeled, cored, diced
1 TBSP lemon juice
Simple method: Combine all ingredients into a large saucepan and heat on low, cover and simmer for an hour. Let cool and then puree in a blender until smooth. Chill overnight and enjoy.
Just like regular jam, your homemade cranberry jam can be served chilled as most jams are, warm or at room temperature.
Try adding in some grated orange or lemon peel to give it some zest. It’s really good.
