Cranberry Relish Recipe:
INGREDIENTS
1 cup water
½ cup Sweetener
1 (12-ounce) package fresh cranberries
1 cup chopped apple
½ cup cider vinegar
½ cup raisins
½ teaspoon cinnamon
¼ teaspoon ginger
Touch of ground cloves
INSTRUCTIONS
– In a saucepan, combine water and sweetener; bring to a boil.
– Add all other ingredients, boil, then simmer for 10 minutes.
– Pour mixture into a bowl.
– Cover and put in fridge until ready to serve.
