- 2 cups flour
- 3/4 cup melted butter
- 1 egg
- 1/2 tsp soda
- 1 1/2 cups brown sugar or sweetener
- 1 cup fresh cranberries
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1 tsp vanilla
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Mix dry ingredients together.
- In a separate bowl, combine butter, egg, vanilla and sugar. Then add to dry mixture.
- Add fresh cranberries and chocolate chips – stir.
- Place spoonfuls on a non-stick baking sheet. Bake for 13-16 minutes.
- Cool and serve.
