Cranberry Orange Smoothie

A blended fruit smoothie native citrus and ripe red berries.

Cranberry Orange Smoothie

Ingredients

– 1 cup frozen cranberries
– 2 oranges peeled
– 1 banana
– 1 Tbsp sweetner
– ½ cup orange juice or water

Instructions

– Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Serve right away.

OPTIONAL TIPS & SUBSTITUTIONS

– Replace 1 orange with pineapple pieces
– Replace 1/2 the cranberries with strawberries
– Replace banana with Greek yogurt and vanilla
