Good for low-carb or Keto diets.
– 1/2 cup frozen cranberries
– 6 ounces greek yogurt (no sugar)
– 3 tablespoons sweetener
– 1 large fresh or frozen banana
– 1/4 – 1/2 cup coconut milk
– Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth, adding more coconut milk at the end if needed.
– Pour the smoothie into a cup or bowl and enjoy.
– Optional: you can also add toppings like other berries or seeds for extra flavor.
