Cranberry White Chocolate Bark

White Chocolate Cranberry Bark

White Chocolate Cranberry Bark

This white chocolate bark recipe is easy because it only uses only 3 ingredients, with one being dried cranberries. The other two are nuts and chocolate chips which can easily be found at almost any grocery store. To be honest bark is not the greatest food to eat health-wise, but what happens at Christmas time, stays buried at Christmas time 😉

Ingredients

  • 2 cups white chocolate chips or melting wafers

  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries

  • 1/4 cup chopped pistachios

Directions

  1. Baking Sheet – Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
  2. Melt Chocolate – Use a microwave-safe bowl and melt the white chocolate chips in 20-30 second intervals, stirring between each interval until smooth.
  3. Spread – Pour the melted chocolate onto the prepared baking sheet. Use a spatula to spread it into an even layer, about 1/4-inch thick.
  4. Top – Sprinkle the dried cranberries evenly over the chocolate. If using pistachios, scatter those on top as well, pressing lightly so the toppings stick.
  5. Set -Let the chocolate cool and harden at room temperature for 1-2 hours. For quicker results, place the baking sheet in the refrigerator for about 20-30 minutes.
  6. Break & Serve – Once set, break the bark into pieces of your desired size. Enjoy immediately or store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week.
  7. Enjoy ✨

Notes

  • Quality – Use high-quality white chocolate for the best flavor and smooth melting.
  • Toppings – You can add shredded coconut, chopped almonds, or even a drizzle of dark chocolate for contrast. Everyone’s bark is unique. 🐶
  • Cooling – Cool naturally at room temperature for the smoothest finish.
If you use the fridge, don’t leave it in too long ele you risk condensation forming on the bark.
  • Storing – Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week, or in the fridge for up to two weeks. But if it turns out to be delicious, don’t worry about storage as it will likely be gone by the next day.

Presentation

Arrange the bark pieces neatly on a silver platter, or a festive holiday plate. It makes them taste better.

You can also cookie cutters to create bark pieces in holiday shapes like stars or Christmas trees. Technically it’s not bark anymore but your status moved a tad closer to Martha Stewart’s.

Multi Use

Serve with coffee, hot cocoa, or a holiday cocktail for a masterful dessert experience.

Or, use the bark as a topping for ice cream or Xmas cakes to elevate your dessert table. If you baked something only to be used as an accessory, your kitchen reputation goes up, while your guests’ reputations go down an equal amount.

But most of all, eat, drink & be merry
